What we collect
SynapWeb collects the email address and name you provide at sign-up, and stores the knowledge graphs you create. We also log usage data (searches, API calls) to improve the service and enforce fair-use limits.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve SynapWeb. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Search queries are processed by third-party AI providers (Groq, OpenAI) subject to their respective privacy policies.
Data retention
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
